How to Use

A really easy way to use all of these oils is to open up the bottles and inhale them.  You can also rub a small amount on your hands, feet, or other areas of your body (important - use a carrier oil). 1.jpg
Most people mix the oil with a carrier because the oils that we sell are extremely potent. Carrier oils are very important because they help to dilute the oils, which ensure it won't cause irritation.  We recommend coconut oil, which is a very popular and affordable carrier oil. 2.jpg
Oils may be placed directly on the skin. Rubbing some oil on the chest, stomach, behind the ears, or even on the side of your head are highly recommended depending on what essential oil is in use. If there is any redness or irritation, please start using a carrier oil. 3.jpg
Another way that has become really popular to use oils is by diffusing them out of a diffuser.  The quantity will depend on the diffuser you purchase. You might use 1-2 drops or up to 10 drops., depending on the diffuser model.

You can use many essential oils in household tasks.  Lemon oil makes a great, organic cleaner.  A drop of lavender oil on your pillow at night makes for a great nights sleep!   Diffusing peppermint in your house will freshen your homes scent, in addition to several other health benefits.
